Forum Rules and Legal Disclaimer

Forum Tag-Board Rules & Policies

By posting on the forum board you agree to abide by these rules and our interpretation of them. The details are outlined below.  Please read it all.

Names, Nom de Plumes & E-Mail

Messages can be posted freely by anyone, using any name or alias. This excludes deliberate fraud such as impersonating someone else or having multiple identities where we are able to determine this.  Providing an e-mail address is optional.

Questions and Complaints

If you see anything which you feel is inappropriate in our forums, please contact us immediately.  In the case of serious complaints (such as fraud, slander, etc) we will remove the offending post within a reasonable time frame pending a legal opinion, if we determine that this action is warranted.

Forum posts which are considered off topic or have excessive profane language will be removed without warning or notification.   Posts may be removed from the board without explanation at the sole discretion of the is the webmaster.  No correspondence can or will be entered into.

Censorship

This forum has been setup as a message board for the public to state their opinion about this topic and debate the issues relating to it.  In general posts will not be removed unless it is deemed absolutely necessary. Of course, there are also legal issues involved which must be considered a priority.

Messages will be deleted which, in our opinion, falls into any of the following categories:

• Commercial or Bulk Messages

• Offensive, Insulting or Slanderous Messages

• Fraudulent Messages

• Accusations of Illegal or Improper Conduct

• Disclosing Personal Details Without Consent

• Annoying Messages and "Trolling"

Banning Users

We have the ability to ban users from posting to the forum board and will if they post excessively or post unsuitable comments several times. Users may be banned without warning at the sole descretion of the webmaster.  No correspondence can or will be entered into.  Bans can be for any length of time deemed appropriate by the webmaster

We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.

The webmaster reserves the right to edit or delete any message for any or no reason whatsoever.

The webmaster reserves the right to monitor and record details about your ISP, IP address and other details about your computer. By posting messages in our forums, you agree to allow us to use these details to identify users who breach our rules. We agree to keep these details absolutely confidential and use them only for the purpose of enforcing our published rules, or assist with a legal enquiry.

In the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you, the webmaster reserves the right to reveal your identity, your IP address(es), your Internet Service Provider(s) and any other relevant information regarding your messages.
